The Rita Ora collection is the result of the collaboration between Rimmel and Rita Ora. The collection holds 12 gorgeous new nail polishes and 6 lipglosses.
This Glaston-berry is named after the famous English Glastonbury festival and that’s why I just needed this one.
Rimmel Glaston-berry is a red crème that looks coral in some light conditions. On the photo’s it’s very red but in sunlight it’s more coral. Just because of that coral side I love this, I normally don’t dig red shades.
It’s a gorgeous warm shade that’s perfect for a nice spring or summers day.
Its formula isn’t bad but it’s not the best of the Rita Ora’s I’ve reviewed so far. Its pretty thin and that’s something I personally don’t like that much. Even though it’s thin it’s still very easy to apply. The opacity is great, 1 thin coat was enough for a complete opaque result.
The Rimmel polishes have a quite wide brush of a good quality, if you have small nails you can turn the brush and use the smaller side to paint your nails. Do not forget a good basecoat, it’s red and will for sure stain.
If you’ve read my other Rita Ora reviews you won’t be surprises to read that Glaston-berry has also that great shiny finish. On the swatches above I didn’t apply a separate topcoat. A good topcoat does endure your mani that’s why it is always a good idea to wear one.
With a matte topcoat I like it even better!
I’m really impressed with the Rimmel nail polishes! The quality is very good for the price you have to pay. I’ve never made it 10 days with these polishes like Rimmel promised but that’s no big problem.
Rimmel Glaston-berry is for sale at Superdrug. They’re in sale atm! Normally they cost £2.99 and now just £1.99!
